December 1 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the first group of newly appointed judges is conducting a training on the Property law and other real rights, with trainer Mr. Erdogan Haxhibeqiri, judge in the Supreme Court.
This training session, is addressing the following: the notion of co-ownership and joint property, rights and obligations of co-owners, the right to partition, termination of co-ownership, joint ownership, joint ownership of large families, joint ownership of spouses, joint ownership of co-heirs on the items of the inheritance, the right of property on building floors.
Training methodology is interactive and based in practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges.
