On December 9, 2022, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the first group, is conducting the theoretical training under the module "Administrative Law", with the trainer engaged Mrs. Delushe Halimi, Judge at the Court of Appeal.
In the framework of this session, the following are being dealt with: the initiation of administrative proceedings, the initiation of proceedings by the public administration body, the subjects of the procedure, legal capacity and representation is provided by (Article 15), the authorized representative is provided by (Article 17) , the Joint representative is provided for by (Article 18), the capacity to be a Representative is provided for by (Article 19), the performance of procedural actions is provided for by (Article 20) and the submission of requests.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
