On December 13, 2022, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the first group, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Administrative Law", with the trainer engaged Ms. Delushe Halimi, Judge at the Court of Appeal.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the revocation and annulment of the administrative act and the execution of administrative acts.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
