On December 14, 2022, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the first group, is conducting theoretical training under the module "Administrative Law", with the trainer engaged Mrs. Delushe Halimi, Judge at the Court of Appeal.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: legal remedies in the administrative procedure, complaints, opposition, re-opening of the procedure, execution of the administrative act and acts that cannot be executed.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussion and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
