On December 15, 2022, as part of the Academy of Justice Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, the first group is carrying out the theoretical training under the "Enforcement Procedure" module, with the trainer engaged Mr. Isa Shala, private executors.
In this session, the following topics are being addressed: Enforcement in immovable property, exemption from enforcement, enforcement actions, obtaining the right of lien, sale of seized items and registration of lien rights without possession.
The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
