On December 15, 2022, as part of the initial training program for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, the second group is being given theoretical training under the module "Judgment and its types" with trainer Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, judge at the Court of Appeal.
In the framework of this session, the following are being dealt with: the rejection of the judgment, and the acquittal judgment.
The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases as well as with the interactive method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
