On 12 January 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges, ninth generation, group I, is conducting a theoretical training under the module: “Labour Law, with the trainer engaged Mr. Lumni Sallauka, appellate judge.
Within this session will be addressed topics such as: conditions and criteria for establishing employment relationship (LP) work contract (LP), employer system in the work place (LP), leaves, absence from work (LP) judicial procedure for protection of work rights and working conditions of the civil servants (LZP).
Training methodology developed includes interactive discussions and practical cases
Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges.
