May 16-17 2023, Academy of Justice in cooperation with UNDP, within its Continuous Training Program is conducting a training from the induction module for professional associates and legal officers on the topic on Property Law.
Trainers engaged in this activity are Mr. Zenel Leku and Mr. Rrustem Thaqi, judges in the Supreme Court of Kosovo.
Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge on obstruction to possession, starting from the notion, nature, types of possession, and acquiring and losing the possession.
Training methodology is combination of theoretical presentations and interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of this training are professional associates and legal officers from all courts and prosecution offices in Kosovo.
