On July 4, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the "ECHR" module, delivered by the trainer Mr. Hajredin Kuqi, Professor at the University of Pristina.
This training session is covering the objectives of the ECtHR and the impact of the jurisprudence of the ECtHR on protection of human rights in the Kosovo’s legal system.
The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member of the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
