On October 23, 2023, the Academy of Justice within its initial training program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is conducting theoretical training under the module "Penal policy guideline" with trainer Mr. Agim Maliqi, Judge at the Supreme Court.
This session is addressing the following: the purpose of sentencing from the guideline point of view, the starting point of the sentence, the prohibition of double evaluation of the circumstances and the rules for measuring the sentence.
The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases and the conversation method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
