On 12 September 2017, the Academy of Jus-tice, within the Continuous Training Program, conducted training on: "Cases Management".
This training aimed to help participants under-stand the importance of the proper case man-agement process for justice institutions, how to avoid unwanted situations during their work, how to minimize delays and utilize the time and available resources, how to increase work efficiency, create a good and collegial environ-ment, as well as increase the accountability lev-el at work.
Trainers through presentation and interactive discussion with participants, exchanged experi-ences, opinions and dilemmas regarding the implementation of case management tech-niques, basic case management principles, and the challenges faced in case management.
Beneficiaries of this training were basic in-stance judges, professional associates and legal officers.
