On October 10th 2017, Academy of Justice organizes training on the topic of Collaboration in commission of a criminal offence and criminal association.
This training will cover the following: co-perpetration; - Incitement and assistance in commission of a criminal offence; - Criminal association; - Agreement to commit a criminal offence; - Criminal liability boundaries and sanctioning for collaboration.
Beneficiaries of this training are: judges of the criminal law area of all instances as well as prosecutors.
