On 10 - 11 October 2017, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with JUFREX, will organize two day training on: “Article 10 of the European Convention”.
Within this training will be treated: The meaning and legal nature of freedom of expression, analysis of Article 10 of ECHR, effected deriving from Article 10 of ECHR into national system, balancing of the right to freedom of expression toward the right to private life according to ECtHR.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Judges of Basic and Appeal Courts, prosecutors and professional associates.
