On 31 October 2017, the Academy of Justice will organize training on: “Witnesses in criminal procedure”.
Within this training will be treated: witnesses in different stage of the criminal procedure, witness rights in criminal proceeding, cooperative witnesses, and privileges witnesses, as well as who can testify in the capacity of a witness.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Judges and prosecutors of basic level.
