On November 01 2017, Academy of Justice organizes training on Permission of enforcement and deciding on the objection.
This training will cover the following: legal basis for setting enforcement; terms for allowing enforcement; Competence to decide about objection and causes of its occurrence.
Beneficiaries of this training are: judges of the basic courts and of the Appeal Court and professional associates.
