On November 10th 2017, Academy of Justice organizes training on “Measures for ensuring presence of the juvenile in criminal proceeding”.
This training will cover the following: Measures for ensuring presence of the juvenile in criminal proceeding; terms to be met upon imposing detention or other alternative measures in versus detention; imposing detention measure as a last resort.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges and prosecutors of basic instance – Juvenile Department.
