On 30 November 2017, the Academy of Justice will organize training on: “Ensuring the claim”.
Within this training will be treated: types of claims, the competence to decide on measure for ensuring the claim, temporary measures and its duration, difference between the temporary ensuring measure and ensuring measure, the guarantee in case of determining the claim.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Judges of basic and appeal courts and professional associates.
