On 19 December 2017, the Academy of Justice will organize training on: “Ordinary legal remedies and grounds of appeal”.
Within this training will be presented: general rules related to legal remedies; appeal against ta judgment and decision, ground based on which the appeal against a judgment can be filed.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Judges of criminal field from all instances and prosecutors.
