During September 25-27 2018, Academy of Justice in cooperation with the US Embassy in Kosovo are conducting a training on Trial Advocacy skills.
This training will present on the following: principles of the trial advocacy skills, and the case theory, analysis and discussion of hypothetical cases, use of evidence during trial, cross examination, impeachment, direct reexamination, opening statement and the right approach for victim interviewing.
Beneficiaries in this training are judges and prosecutors of the Serbian communities.
