On October 9th 2018, Academy of Justice is conducting a training on “Insuring the charge claim”.
This training will present on the following” types of measures of the charge claim insurance, competence to decide about insuring the charge claim, provisional measures and their duration, distinction between the provisional insuring measures and the guarantee when setting the measure for insuring the charge claim.
Beneficiaries of this training are: judges of the Basic Courts and professional associates.
