October 10 2018, Academy of Justice in cooperation with JUFREX is delivering a training on “Journalists safety and crimes against journalists”.
This training is presenting on the following: Introduction to freedom of expression, European Convention on Human Rights, European Court on Human Rights, the three-steps test of the ECtHR, public interest; the journalists safety, is a journalist an official person, crimes against journalists, legal and institutional framework regulating privacy while reporting on the media, Kosovo context, the journalist rights and obligations.
Beneficiaries in this training are: judges, prosecutors and professional associates from the basic instance.
