On October 16 2018, Academy of Justice is organizing trainings on “Alternative dispute resolution – arbitrage”.
This training will present the following: general overview on the arbitrage and mediation; recognize and execute decisions of the Arbitrage Tribunal; contesting decisions of the arbitrage tribunal in the acknowledgement and enforcement procedure; contesting decisions of the arbitrage tribunal and the request for their cancellation in judicial proceeding; competencies of the courts related to mediation; mediation agreement; reaching the mediation agreement in its enforcement.
Beneficiaries of this training are: judges from the commercial department of the Basic Courts and of the Appeals Court.
