On November 7 2018, Academy of Justice organizes training on “Writing and reasoning of judicial decisions”.
This training will present on: the types of legal reasoning, principles of the good legal writing, legal requests for writing and reasoning of judicial decisions; implementation of IRAC method in criminal case’s decisions.
Beneficiaries of this training are: judges of basic courts and professional associates.
