On February 10, 2011, KJI conducted a training session from the criminal field on the aforementioned topic.
The purpose of this training was the capacity building of the efficiency on confirmation of the indictment proceedings, starting with the confirmation hearing.
The main objectives of this training were: the clear definition of the role of the judge for the confirmation of the indictment, assessing what are the powers of the judge for the confirmation and the analysis of the rights of the defendants in the confirmation procedure.
