On 15 and 16 November 2018, Academy of Justice in cooperation with the Kosovo Judicial Council and Kosovo prosecutorial Council are organizing a training on increasing efficiency of the judiciary’s and prosecution’s administration.
This workshop will focus to review the following: judicial leadership, case management process, strategy, budget based performance, performance and reliability of the judiciary; main functions and purpose of the administration of the judiciary and prosecution, resource planning, employment, evaluation and career development; identification of challenges and opportunities for more efficient administration and communication as a key to success at work.
Beneficiaries of this workshop are: Administrators of the Kosovo’s courts and prosecution offices.
