On November 16th 2018, Academy of Justice within the initial training program for the newly appointed judges is delivering the theoretical training from the Module on “Civil, Administrative and Commercial Laws”, the sub-module “Contested Procedure – special part”.
Topics to be elaborated are: a) preliminary review of the lawsuit, b) delivering the lawsuit to the plaintiff, c) response to the lawsuit, d) mediation and court settlement, etc.
