November 20th 2018, Academy of Justice is conducting a training on “Judicial Protection in labor disputes according to the Labor Law”.
This training will present on the following: Employment contracts and their types; Working relationship disputes; Judicial procedure for protection of labor rights; respecting the timelines to request judicial protection.
Beneficiaries in this training are: judges of basic courts and of the appeals court (civil division), as well as court professional associates.
