On November 30th 2018, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VI), is delivering a training under the Module on “The Civil Law, Administrative Law and the Commercial Laws”, the sub-module contested procedure – second part”.
Topics that are covered in this training are: 1) contested procedure expenses; 2) Exemption from the costs of the contested procedure; 3) suspension of the contested procedure, and 4) termination of the procedure, etc.
