On November 30th 2018, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges (generation VI), is conducting training on the Module “The Civil, the Administrative, and Commercial Laws”, the sub-module “Uncontested procedure (session II)”.
Topics that will be discussed are: a) Announcement of the disappearance of a person; 2) Announcement of the death of a person; 3) Proof of the death of a person; 4) Practical exercises.
Beneficiaries of this training are ne newly appointed judges (generation VI).
