Training of trainers: Case flow management by the court personnel

 

On November 14 2018, Academy of Justice with the support of the USAID Justice Sector Strengthening Program (JSSP), conducted a Training of Trainers on “Case flow management by the court personnel”.

Purpose of this training was to prepare the trainers in conducting training on the case flow management, and addressing the standards and techniques of management to the court personnel.

This training mainly emphasized issues that cause unnecessary delays in case processing in each stage of the case flow, from the court practice and legislation aspects, at the same time provided recommendations on how to act in order to avoid these delays. Besides this, the training highlighted a series of principles and techniques to be applied in order to increase the efficiency in processing the case handling, decrease the delay and the case back log.

This training was a preparation of the trainers who will take over accomplishment of training sessions which are planned to take place on 20 and 21 November 2018, on the case flow management. These sessions are dedicated to the administrative staff of courts in order to encourage better services by courts.

Beneficiaries of this training were assistant administrators of the courts, heads of the Case Handling offices, and officials of the KJC Secretariat.
