On December 21st 2018, the Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VI), is conducting the training on the Module “the Civil, Administrative and Commercial Law”, the sub-module “the Family Law”.
Topics to be discussed are: 1) understanding the Family Law; 2) Object of the family law; 3) nature of the legal-family relations; 4) principles of the family law; 5) sources of the family law; 6) types of families; 7) gender and its types, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are (generation VI) 2017-2018.
