On December 20th 2018, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VII), is conducting a training from the Module on “personal and interdisciplinary skills”, the sub-module: “Reasoning of judgments, indictments and appeals”.
Topics covered in this training are: reasoning of the prosecutor’s acts; obligation to provide reasoning of the prosecutors’ acts; discussion of the decisions of the ECtHR related to reasoning and interpretation of legal norms.
