On January 21st 2019, Academy of Justice is conducting training on “Preliminary review of the lawsuit”.
This training will elaborate on the following: Review of the lawsuit; Court actions at this stage of the procedure; Decisions taken at this stage of the procedure;
Beneficiaries of this training are judges of the basic and appellate courts as well as the professional associates.
