On February 4 2019, Academy of Justice is organizing training on “Criminal Liability of legal persons”.
This training will present on the following: basis and boundary of criminal liability of legal persons, legal procedure for imposing sanctions against legal persons, types of sanctions that may be imposed against legal persons, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges and prosecutors of basic instance and of the appeals instances.
