On February 7th 2019, Academy of Justice organizes training on “Insuring the charge claim”.
This training will present on the following: insuring the charge claim, securing the claim, conditions for setting security measures, types of measures securing the claim, temporary measures, competence to decide on issuance of security measures for securing claim, content of the decision on the issuance of the security measure, differentiations between, temporary measures and security measures for securing the claim, warranty upon issuance of security measures for securing the claim.
Beneficiaries of this training are: judges of basic courts and professional associates.
