On February 7 and 8 2019, Academy of Justice in cooperation with GIZ is conducting the following Training at the workplace for prosecutors serving as a focal points for International Legal Cooperation and the ILC Coordinator at the Chief State Prosecutors Office as an intermediate authority.
This training will cover the following: presenting the role and duty of the prosecutors assigned as focal points for international legal cooperation, introducing the role and the duties of the prosecutor in the mediation authority as the ILC focal points coordinator, cooperation between focal points in basic prosecutions and the ILC Coordinator in the Chief State Prosecutors Office as an intermediate authority, preliminary review of incoming requests by focal points, formal review by the coordinator, scope of the formal review/ decisions and reasonable proposals for the group cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are: prosecutors assigned as focal points for ILC and the ILC Coordinator in the Chief State Prosecutors Office as an intermediate authority.
