On February 20th 2019, Academy of Justice is organizing the training on The right to life – ECHR Article 2.
This training will present on the following: substantial aspects of the right to life, the states obligations for protection of individuals who are under the state observation, situations when deprivation of life shall not be regarded as inflicted in contravention of this Article, when it results from the use of force which is no more than absolutely necessary; correct application of the criteria set forth in provisions of the ECHR Article 2 and its aspects.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges and prosecutors of all instances in the Republic of Kosovo, as well as professional associates.
