On February 28 2019, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VI) is conducting training from the Module of Criminal Procedure Code, the sub-module: Witnesses and injured parties in criminal procedure.
Topics that will be discussed are: direct examination of witnesses; cross examination of witnesses; reexamination; material evidence that support the witnesses’ testimony, use of the previous testimony of a witness, reading of the hearing minutes or reproduction of recordings, evidence obtained outside the court, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VI) 2017-2018.
