On March 1st 2019, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (Generation VI) is conducting training from the module of “Criminal Procedure Code”, the sub-module “Covert investigation techniques and surveillance”.
The following topics are being elaborated: conditions for implementation of the covert measures, standards to be met for covert measures, telephone conversation surveillance, disclosing financial data and controlled mail delivery, surveillance of telecommunication or computer communications, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VI), 2017-2018.
