On March 22 2019, Academy of Justice organizes training on Decision making and access to environmental law – international standards and applicable legislation.
This training will elaborate on the following: basic notions of the Arhus Convention and the national applicable legislation; ways of access to environmental information; role of the public participation in decision making and the rights for access to environmental information; importance of provisions on the right to approach the court; criminal liability in the environmental area.
Beneficiaries of this training are: judges and prosecutors of all instances in the Republic of Kosovo and professional associates.
