On March 25 2019, academy of Justice within the trainings for free professions with the support of UNDP is organizing training for the Free Legal Aid Agency officials on the aforementioned topic.
Issues to be addressed in this training are mainly related to compensation of the material and immaterial damage, criteria to determine the material and immaterial damage, basis of liability for both damages, as well as basis pertaining to damage compensation.
