On April 4 and 5 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (Generation VII) is conducting two training sessions from the Module on the “Civil, Administrative and Commercial Laws”, the sub-module “Contested procedure – special part”.
Topics to be covered in this training are the following: filing the lawsuit in court, lawsuit claim, types of lawsuits, joining lawsuits, legal and procedural consequences of filing a lawsuit in court, defense of the defendant from the lawsuit, counterclaim etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2019-2020.
