On April 11 2019, Academy of Justice within its Continuous Training Program is organizing training the “Judicial Ethics”.
This training will cover the following: Code of Professional Ethics for Judges and Prosecutors – Basic Principles; Regulation for Unprofessional Conduct; Definition of the unprofessional conduct; categorization of the misconduct; as well as disciplinary measures.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges who did not undertake the mandatory training on “Judicial Ethics” during 2018.
