On April 11 and 12 2019, Academy of Judges within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges – generation VII will conduct two training sessions on the Module of “Civil, Administrative, and Commercial Laws”, the sub-module on “Contested Procedure – special part”.
This raining will cover the following: preparing the main hearing session, opening the main hearing, keeping order in the main hearing session, burden of proof, facts that don’t need to be proved, understanding the litigation, notifying the third person about contested procedure, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges – generation VII, 2019-2020.
