On April 17 2019, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program is organizing training on the Procedure in the Independent Oversight Board and judicial protection in labor disputes in the civil service of the Republic of Kosovo.
This training will elaborate on the following: legal provisions for civil servants; legal procedure in the IOBK and remedies against its decisions; enforcement of the IOBK decisions; cases from judicial practice related to procedure in cases that relate to civil servants.
Beneficiaries of this training were judges of the Administrative departments of the Basic Courts and the Appeals Court and officials of the IOBK.
