On April 25-26 2019, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VII) will conduct two sessions from the Module of “The Civil, Administrative and Commercial Laws”, the sub-module “Contested procedure – second part”.
Topics to be discussed are: insuring the charge claim, cease of the procedure - trial, termination of the contested procedure, contested procedure expenses, waiver from payment of the contested procedure expenses, practical exercises, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VII), 2019-2020.
