On April 25 and 26 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VI), is delivering two training sessions on the “Criminal Procedure Code” Module, i.e. the sub-module on the “Initial hearing, second hearing and the main hearing session”.
Topics to be discussed are: general overview about the flow of the judicial hearing, initiation of the judicial hearing and statement of the defendant, presentation of evidence, closing statement, session for counseling and voting, obtaining, announcing, drafting and submission of the judgment, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VI), 2017-2018.
