May 7-8 2019, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program (CTP) is organizing training on “Interpretation of the tax legislation in Kosovo”.
This training will elaborate on the following: Law on corporate revenues; Administrative instruction for transfer of prices; Law on personal income tax; Law on tax administration and the procedures; Agreements for eliminating double tax.
Beneficiaries of this training are Judges of the Administrative department of the Basic Courts and of the Appeals Court, as well as professional associates.
