On May 13 2019, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program (CTP) is organizing training on “Implementation of the Law on Asylum in the Republic of Kosovo”.
This training will cover the following: identification of the features of the Law on Asylum in Kosovo; Analyze relation of the Law on Asylum in Kosovo and International Convention on Asylum; Apply provisions of the Law on Asylum in Kosovo when deciding about asylum cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges of the Administrative Department of the Basic Courts and of the Appeals Court, and others.
