May 27 2019, academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VII) organized a visit to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo.
Purpose of this visit was to better acquaint the newly appointed judges with the constitutional court institution, legal basis, principles and goals, relation of the constitutional court with other institutions, challenges in its work, etc. also, topic of discussion was the Venice Committee, number of reviewed cases, decisions of the court in relation to the European court on Human Rights, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training were the newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2019-2020.
